1. General
- BeingAddictive is organised as a public cultural event. Entry to the venue signifies acceptance of all Terms & Conditions mentioned here.
- Visitors must follow all guidelines issued by the organisers, security personnel, and venue authorities.
- The organisers reserve the right to modify rules or instructions in the interest of safety and smooth operations.
2. Tickets & Entry
- A valid entry ticket or digital pass is mandatory for admission.
- Tickets are valid only for the selected dates and entry category. Once all entries are used on any day, you will need to purchase a new ticket.
- Entry requires presenting a QR code ticket at the gate.
- Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or upgraded.
- After successful payment, your ticket will be sent to your registered mobile number and email address within 5–10 minutes.
- Duplicate, copied, or tampered tickets will be cancelled without entry.
- The organisers reserve the right to deny entry for security, safety, or behavioural reasons.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All tickets and passes are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.
- No refund will be issued for:
- Change of personal plans
- Weather conditions
- Travel delays
- Partial event participation
- Replacement or change of performers, schedules, or attractions
- No-shows for any personal reason
- In situations where event timings or venue arrangements are adjusted, updates will be communicated; however, refunds will not apply.
- Failed Ticket Generation.
- A refund will be considered only in cases where payment is successful, but the ticket is not generated due to a technical issue.
- In such cases, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days after verification.
- To request this refund, users must email the support team at Email: support@ticketadda.online with the following details:
- Screenshot of the successful payment.
- Ticket booking name.
- Registered mobile number.
- Registered email address.
- Selected Event Dates.
- Payment Mode.
- Transaction ID.
- Bank-Level Payment Issues.
- If the payment amount is debited from your bank account but not received by BeingAddictive or TicketAdda, the transaction is considered incomplete.
- In such cases, the refund is processed directly by your bank or payment service provider, as per their timelines and policies.
- BeingAddictive and TicketAdda will not be responsible for bank-side or payment gateway-level transaction failures.
4. Event Experience
- Schedules, attractions, performances, and stall arrangements may change without prior notice.
- Organisers may restrict access to certain areas or modify venue layouts for safety.
- Attendees must behave lawfully and respectfully throughout the event.
- Visitors are responsible for their personal safety, especially in crowded zones, around food stalls, and near live performance areas.
- Coolies, volunteers, wheelchairs, and first-aid points will be available, but usage is at the visitor’s discretion and risk.
5. Photography & Media
- The event may be photographed or recorded.
- By entering the venue, visitors consent to the use of their images or videos for promotional, archival, or media purposes.
- Commercial photography or videography is not permitted without prior authorization from the organisers.
6. Prohibited Items
Visitors must not carry the following into the venue:
- Weapons or harmful objects
- Outside food or alcohol
- Illegal substances
- Drones or professional cameras (unless permitted)
Entry may be denied if prohibited items are found.
7. Liability
- The organisers and ticketing partners are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- The organisers are not liable for injuries, accidents, medical issues, or damages arising from negligence, misconduct, or unforeseen events, including adverse weather conditions or natural disasters.
- All visitors enter and participate at their own risk.
8. Communications
By booking a ticket, visitors consent to receive confirmations, updates, safety alerts, and important notifications via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.
9. Unauthorized Resale
Tickets cannot be resold or commercially transferred. Unauthorized resale or misuse may result in ticket cancellation and legal action.
10. Payments
- All payments are processed securely through authorised payment gateways.
- Any declined, failed, or incomplete transaction remains the responsibility of the ticket purchaser.
- Payment acknowledgments will be sent as per the contact details provided during booking.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a ticket booking or entering the venue, the visitor confirms that:
- The details provided are accurate
- They fully understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions
- They accept all policies, including Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
